LinkedIn will add artificial intelligence features to its core business processes, allowing recruiters to find job candidates and marketers to make it easier to create advertising campaigns.
If earlier in the LinkedIn database, an employer searched for an employee using data filters, keywords and other search engine methods, now recruiters can ask the same question, and the computer can ask the question in response. For example, he might ask the recruiter if he’s interested in qualified candidates from another city where the company also has offices, or people whose job titles don’t exactly match but who have similar skills.

LinkedIn is adding similar tools for sales professionals looking for leads, and is also introducing a tool that will use artificial intelligence to read a company’s website and create a marketing campaign for the business’s products and services, which will then run on LinkedIn.
LinkedIn has more than 950 million users, the vast majority of whom do not pay for services. LinkedIn only takes money from recruiters, marketers and sales professionals.

The company, whose revenue in the previous 12 months exceeded $15 billion, does not plan to charge extra for the new features.
